Whether the goal of massage is relaxation, stress relief, structural balance, acute and chronic pain relief or increased range of motion and flexibility, each session is guided by the client's needs.

As we live, work and play muscles and joints are put under stress. Our bodies adapt and adjust to the stress and strain we demand of them until pain becomes an indication that we are doing damage.

The damaging changes and adaptations our bodies make daily and over time are brought about by repetitive use, prolonged stationary positions, and traumatic injury to enumerate a few.
Joints don't function as well and posture suffers, e.g., hunched shoulders, forward head posture, uneven hips, muscle imbalances, tightness and/or weakness.
